Aragonia Building

The ARAGONIA project originates with the vocation to contribute to the development of the city, improving the commercial offer of leisure, business services, hotels and dwellings of Zaragoza, also contributing a buildings complex with avant-garde and highly innovative design, with the cooperation of one of the most recognized architects in the world, RAFAEL MONEO. 
The Project develops an urban planning complex of mixed use, with a hotel, Reina Petronila, with 170 rooms on 12 floors; an office building of 12 floors; 4 towers with 132 apartments and a leisure and commercial centre of 6 floors and nearly 30,000 m2 of surface area. FAVETON in close collaboration with Moneo’s firm has developed the façades of the office towers and apartments thanks to its product LUZAR in bluish tones.
